The dems are rolling out Kamala big time now. I am sure she has been spending most of her time the past few months getting plenty of coaching to try to shape her into something palatable even though all the past polls have given Harris extremely low marks in her performance and likeability. President Newsom? President Harris? The dems have limited choices, but do not underestimate what they will do to keep power and to guarantee Trump will not ever see the inside of the oval office again.
Here is a clip of the silent Kamala cackle. She may have been coached to not cackle and/or there is someone in real time on in post turning down the volume when she lets out the disturbing cackle.

Walk-through of property completed. Forgot to take pictures. Overall impression is that the condition the property was left in was bad to extremely bad. Items to note were missing kitchen and cabinet doors, extremely filthy and greasy kitchen cabinets, walls, and floors, unremoved carpet in living room, and trash left behind (and trash that had to be moved back into the unit due to violation of trash rules at the trash bin).
Plan is to get estimates for repairs immediately that may be applied toward tenant’s deposit to meet the 21 day requirement to return the portion of deposit to tenant.

8/2/2023 - Issue with residents complaining about our ex-tenants overfilling the trash bin. Took excess trash out of trash bin and stored in garage so lids could be closed. After the bins were emptied on Wednesday, the excess garbage was moved from the garage back to the bins. Furniture out in front was picked up by the city on Wednesday.

**Met Home Depot home services at unit. As expected, they only handle bigger jobs and were unable to give quote to repair cabinets. They suggested TaskRabbit to find a handyman. My attempt to schedule a handyman today has not been successful.
Met tenants at unit to pick up mail. They had left a few items which they picked up including several pans in the oven which were filled with cooking oil. Not sure how the oil was disposed of, but I can only imagine.
Checked out repairs on roof. The roofing company came out a few days after I had met with them and did the additional repairs which I was able to verify. Gave approval to pay them before they put a lien on the property for non-payment.**
