1. Data Collection ShadowLog is a productivity tool for premed students. We collect:

• Account information (Email)
• User-generated logs (Shadowing hours, reflections, and terminology)

2. HIPAA & De-identification ShadowLog is NOT intended for the storage of Protected Health Information (PHI).

• Users must NOT enter patient names, birthdays, or specific medical IDs.
• Logs should use de-identified descriptors (e.g., "65yo Male" instead of a name).

3. Data Security Your data is stored securely. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. User Control You can export or delete your logs at any time within the app settings.
