how to manage upcoming work & identify things need design help

without bringing too much change to team's current workflow.

here is a proposal:

1. Add a tags column in 'Tasks to juice':

We still use task to juice database table (as that is the source of truth) but add a column for Tags, which includes tags like 'Need design', 'Need legal', 'Need copy write', 'Need translate' etc., so that we have a way to identify things that need supporting department's help.

2.In Github, add a same label 'Need Design', and set automation

once the Github issue is created, it automatically add to 'Task to juice', with label added. so that we have everything in one place to track, also bring more visibility of all work frontend team is doing? (I tested the automation, it worked well, like magic!)


Once those setup, there should be minimal change to the current workflow
