Setup AWS Lightsail

Create a instance with Min 2 GB RAM, 64 GB SSDGB and 2 VPUs with ubuntu latest image.
Attach a static IP to the server.
Configure a firewall/IP filtering for allowing the app request.
Setup docker, docker compose to start with the installation.
