Android

• Open app.evocon.com in Chrome
• Log in with your Evocon account
• Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap "Install app".
• You'll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.

Restricting access to one app on Android:

If you wish to limit the usability of the Android device (e.g. on the shop floor), use the "Screen pinning" function (more information here).

• Enable the feature "Screen pinning".
  • Go to Settings, tap Security and choose "Screen pinning".
  • Enable "Screen pinning" (from toggle).
• Tap the Overview button (that bottom-right square one) to see all of the apps and choose the screen you want to pin (Evocon app).
• Tap on the pin icon, the app goes full screen. You will need to set a PIN code (also necessary for un-pinning the screen).

iOS

• Log in with your Evocon account
• Add Evocon to your home screen:
  • Tap the Share button at the top of the screen
  • Tap Add to Home Screen
  • You can edit the name of the page
  • Tap "Add" and the icon is saved to the Home screen
• You can now access Evocon from the icon on the Home screen

If you wish to limit the usability of the iOS device (e.g. on the shop floor), use the "Guided Access" function (more information here).
