The advice screen is the last page of your app, and it's where each customer will see which product(s) or service(s) best matches their needs. Here's an example:

Step-by-step


  1. Go to the Advice card in your conversation.
  2. Fill in the right panel, consisting of the main Content, the Product content and (optionally) the Customer contact content.

Use the first tab to customize the main content for your Advice screen.

  1. Give your advice screen a header and an introduction → this is what the customer will see at the top of the advice page.

    For example, your header could be: "We've heard you!" and your intro could be: "These headphones best match your needs."

  2. In the Number of advised products dropdown, you can choose how many matched products you want your customers to see on the advice page. These will be ranked by suitability based on their answers.

  3. When the ranking score is equal for one or more products, you can decide in which order those products will show up; e.g. sort them by Price.
