Fill in a question you'd like your customers to answer.
Add a label to your question to identify it.
Note: Your customers won't see the question label in the final app. It is only displayed within Aiden, in order for you to easily recognize questions, for example while editing the conversation.
If it's necessary, you can add help text. This can help to clarify the question by adding additional information. You can also add a video to do this!
Now, choose the question type so customers know what type of an answer they can give. For this example we're choosing the single answer question type.

Navigate to the 'Answers' tab at the top of the panel. Now, fill in a possible answer.
To add a second answer, click the round '+' button. You can also add a new answer by pressing Enter.
On the right side of your answer you'll find a menu icon ( β ) which provides some extra options for your answer:
Add info text to an answer. Customers will see the additional information below the answer.
Add a custom answer label.
Instead of showing the literal answer next to the check marks and crosses on a recommended product, this option allows you to set a custom label. Itβs especially helpful for βyes-or-noβ questions (learn more here).
Ask a different question when given this answer β ****we'll get to that when you're setting up your flow.
You can also delete your answer.
