  2. Read all 9 reference files under sa-template-reference/references/.
  3. Read existing installed versions in .claude/skills/firm-briefing/, .claude/skills/pre-publish-qa/, .claude/skills/sa-template-reference/ (read-only mount).
  4. Diffed old vs new and identified 12 substantive rule changes.
  5. Identified conflicts in sibling skills: firm-reference (form language stale), wp-content-deployer (Gravity Forms section outdated).
  6. Asked Sam 4 multiple-choice questions; he picked: cloud auto-install, MVC primary + secondary PI, Free Case Review approved as alternate, stage sibling updates.
  7. Applied two substantive edits to handoff bundle:
  8. Staged updated firm-reference/SKILL.md and wp-content-deployer/SKILL.md in _sibling-updates/.
  9. Created branch skills-sync-2026-05-04 in samaguiar1982-cpu/sail-skills. Committed skills/sa-template-reference/references/toc.md as proof-of-pipeline.
  10. Staged remaining 14 files + DEPLOY.sh + PR-BODY.md + README.md in _github-pr-staging/ for one-command Mac deploy.
  11. Captured 4 follow-up actions as tasks #10–#13 (and below).
