Summary of work done

Sam selected options A, B, D, and E from the daily KB follow-up report. This session handled the reversible parts and captured the parts that still require an external UI or OAuth repair.

Shipped or completed

• Fixed the 7 published pages that were still carrying Rank Math noindex values. The repair was metadata-only, no published post_content was changed. Backup: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/backups/rankmath-noindex-repair-20260531T161154.jsonl.
• Verified live HTTP after cache flush. All 7 pages now return indexable robots meta.
• Verified NotFair live access for Google Ads with listConnectedAccounts, summarizeAccountSetup, and a read-only runScript. Older NotFair blocked-access claims are stale unless a newer verified failure appears.
• Verified CallRail API health. Account and active web pool are present, but the CallRail GoogleAdword integration is currently failed. GA4, webhooks, Facebook, and active tracker health are separate and should not be treated as failed.
• Checked INT-26042754516 in live Salesforce. It still has an intake GCLID and linked CallRail logs carry a different GCLID, but the current sync-callrail-gclid-to-litify.mjs --dry-run returned conflictCount: 0, so the standing blocker is stale for the current sync logic.
• Moved 8 remaining New Website Intake Lead messages dated 2026-05-29 through 2026-05-31 from Outlook Junk Email to Inbox with Microsoft Graph after connector move permission failed. A verification query returned 0 website leads left in Junk for that window.
• Captured the Teams notification root cause from live WordPress attempt logs: Power Automate returns HTTP 400 with WorkflowTriggerIsNotEnabled, meaning the configured workflow trigger is suspended. This is not a Teams payload formatting issue.
• Ran scheduled-skill consolidation checks. Explicit mapped mirrors were already byte-aligned. Ran the preload injector, which added headers to 10 scheduled SKILL.md files and skipped 54 that already had the sentinel.
• Pushed missing scheduled-skill canonicals to the sail-skills repo branch codex/scheduled-skill-canonicals-2026-05-31 and opened draft PR #6: https://github.com/samaguiar1982-cpu/sail-skills/pull/6.
• Updated the daily KB follow-up automation prompt to verify Rank Math closure, NotFair runScript, CallRail integration health, and Mac-only scheduled-skill gaps before carrying blockers forward.

Pending or needs verification

• CallRail Google Ads integration still needs reauthorization or repair inside CallRail/Google OAuth. I did not make a cost-increasing or destructive change there.
• Future website lead delivery still needs a durable mail-flow fix. I moved current lead messages out of Junk, but the permanent fix is likely Exchange safe-sender or mail-flow configuration, not a Notion or WordPress content change. Microsoft guidance says Safe Senders can prevent delivery to Junk, but the Graph app lane used here does not expose a clean safe-sender update endpoint.
• Teams notification repair needs either re-enabling the suspended Power Automate workflow or replacing the configured webhook with a live Teams/Power Automate endpoint.
• sail-skills PR #6 is open as a draft, not merged.
• The injector changed scheduled task files under /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Claude/Scheduled. This was selected by Sam, but the repo already had unrelated dirty files, so only the scoped injected files should be reviewed or committed by the owning scheduled-task lane.
