What Was Done

Sam asked to add the firm logo to the school mascot sponsorship collage and to the folder at Downloads/Kimi_Agent_Mascot Collage Design (built by a prior Kimi agent per its plan.md, with a "[YOUR LOGO HERE]" placeholder in the header).

1. Replaced the dashed placeholder in school_mascot_collage.png with the real logo: removed the placeholder rows, widened the header band by 130px (canvas now 2060x1810), and centered the logo (610x180px) between the subtitle and the mascot grid on the uniform rgb(250,250,250) background.
2. The uploaded Full-Logo-Primary-Web.svg is not clean vector: it is an SVG wrapper around embedded base64 raster images with a solid black background layer. First composite came out with a black box. Fixed by rendering at 2600px, corner flood-fill (thresh 70) to clear the black, 1px alpha erode to kill fringe, then recomposite. QA zoom confirmed clean edges.
3. Saved to the folder: SamAguiar_Full-Logo-Primary-Web.svg (original), SamAguiar_Logo.png (1300px wide, transparent, Canva-ready), and school_mascot_collage_original-backup.png (rollback).

Rollback

Copy school_mascot_collage_original-backup.png over school_mascot_collage.png. Nothing else was modified or deleted.

Why Session Ended

Task complete. Single-deliverable session.

Problems / Observations

• The "vector" logo file is raster-in-SVG with a black background. A true vector master (AI/EPS or clean SVG export) from the design source would avoid the flood-fill workaround every time. The cleaned transparent PNG in the folder is now the easiest asset to reuse.
• mascots/ contains scratch left by the prior agent: temp_downloads through temp_downloads5 (~10.5MB) and a 0-byte test_copy.png. Offered cleanup to Sam, pending his approval.
• BCYFCA_Cougars.png is byte-identical to BullittCentral_Cougars.png, so the BCYFCA card on the collage shows Bullitt Central's seal. Flagged to Sam.
• Downloads/Kimi_Agent_Mascot Collage Design.zip (19MB) predates the logo and is now stale.
• Sandbox had no rsvg-convert or Inkscape; pip install cairosvg worked fine and is the dependable lane for SVG rendering in Cowork sessions.

Recommended Next Actions

• If Sam approved: delete the temp_downloads scratch, refresh the zip with the logo version, and source a real BCYFCA logo for that card.
• Consider capturing this as a small reusable skill (svg/logo compositing onto existing artwork with placeholder detection, black-background SVG handling, backup-first). Came up once; if logo placement requests recur it saves the rediscovery.

Handoff for a New Agent

The collage and logo assets live in Downloads/Kimi_Agent_Mascot Collage Design. The canonical collage is school_mascot_collage.png (2060x1810, logo embedded); the pre-logo original is preserved alongside it as school_mascot_collage_original-backup.png. If you need the logo for anything else, prefer SamAguiar_Logo.png (transparent) over re-rendering the SVG, which carries a black background layer you would have to strip again. If Sam asks for resizing or repositioning, recomposite from the backup rather than editing the flattened output twice. Mark this task done; the cleanup and BCYFCA items above are pending Sam's choice, so check for a later session log before acting on them.
