What changed
- Updated the local
automation-post-run-qa skill so automation closeouts must include a short scheduler collision summary.
- Added a standard matrix covering
Local Codex, Windows Task Scheduler, Visible Claude mirrors, and Cloud workflow definitions.
- Added a clear
live versus stale versus unknown rule so future agents do not claim a scheduler was updated without proving the real active definition.
- Preserved the existing A/B/C/D approval-question style and added guidance to ask a follow-up approval question when scheduler ownership is unclear or overlapping.
- Added a small companion template file for the scheduler collision matrix wording.

Verification
- Read back both updated files after patching.
- Confirmed no unrelated local files were edited for this task.
Follow-up worth deciding later
- If you want one-file closeouts instead of a split template approach, the next small follow-up would be updating
references/qa-template.md to embed the new scheduler collision block directly.
