- Identified the May 28 locations rollout package as market-priority QA for individual city pages, not the general hub structure.
- Updated /Users/samaguiar/.codex/skills/sa-location-page-v2/SKILL.md to version 2.2.
- Added hub-vs-city classification, /locations/ hub architecture, tier caution, live-revision verification rule, and safer batch schema staging language.

- No live website content was changed.
- If Sam wants a visibly multi-tier /locations/ hub, the next session should reconstruct it as a preview artifact first, then stage it through the normal go-live gate.
