Objective

Merge the best of the current live /locations/ hub and the recovered four-tier locations hub rebuild, then stage it for review without publishing or changing live WordPress content.

What was done

Created a staged review package at:

/Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Repos/sail-marketing/staged-2026-06-04-locations-hub-merge/

Key files:

• locations-hub-merged-preview.html - standalone review preview.
• locations-hub-merged-post-content.html - WordPress HTML block candidate, not deployed.
• build-locations-hub-merge.rb - generator that fetches live page 30757 and rebuilds the staged files.
• HANDOFF-locations-hub-merge-review-2026-06-04.md - review handoff and QA evidence.
• visual-qa/locations-hub-merged-desktop.png and visual-qa/locations-hub-merged-mobile.png - screenshot QA outputs.

Merge decisions

• Used current live sal-city-pill anchors as the link inventory source.
• Used the recovered four-tier mockup as the visual and information architecture source.
• Kept Tier 1 Louisville/Lexington office cards.
• Restored Tier 2/3/4 grouping.
• Staged 70 visible cards total: 2 office, 4 regional, 6 major city, 58 city/county.
• Did not restore /locations/central-kentucky/ because it returns 404.
• Used Bluegrass / Central Kentucky pointing to /locations/lexington/ as the fourth Tier 2 regional card.
• Did not include Frankfort because it is not in the current live grid and the recovered artifact had a placeholder href.
