Outcome

Revised the Forbes 2025 Remotion social ad after Sam selected option A for creating a reusable template. The ad is now a 15-second square and story/Reels video with more Google review proof and stronger readability controls.

Changes Made

• Increased both Remotion compositions from 300 frames to 450 frames, making the ad 15 seconds at 30 fps.
• Added five approved reviews:

• Changed the review attribution line to reviewer name only.
• Added explicit reviewTimeline timing in src\Root.jsx so future agents can tune pacing cleanly.
• Moved review and CTA text onto high-opacity dark panels so text does not depend on the busy award backdrop for readability.
• Added scripts\qa-checks.mjs and npm run qa to enforce key creative rules.
• Added TEMPLATE-CHECKLIST.md and updated README.md with reuse instructions.
