Session Overview

Refactored the canonical sa-split-results-hero element and rolled it out live to 54 location-style pages on aguiarinjurylawyers.com via WordPress REST API. Every page was screenshotted at desktop (1280) and mobile (390) with Playwright and run through an automated checklist. 53 of 54 passed cleanly; one soft Playwright timeout on Bardstown's car-accident-lawyer post desktop pass did not indicate a page defect (the page renders fine on direct visit).

What Was Completed

Element refactor (canonical source: Design Elements - Current/Web Components/sa-split-results-hero/)

• Removed trust strip from component.html, component.css, markup-only.html, lexington-example.html. SKILL.md rule 9 rewritten.
• Replaced 16-card placeholder rotation with 12 canonical results pulled live from aguiarinjurylawyers.com homepage: $14M Bad Faith, $12M Wrongful Death, $6.8M Car Accident, $6.25M Trucking, $6.2M Delivery Vehicle, $6.1M Semi-Truck, $6M Premises Liability, $5.6M Wrongful Death, $5.2M Multi-Vehicle Pileup, $4.4M Pedestrian Accident, $4.1M Car Accident, $4M Trucking Accident.
• Animation cycle: 96s/16-cards → 72s/12-cards. Keyframes 2% / 7% / 8.33%. 6s per card.
• CTA background: navy/black gradient → transparent. Hover adds soft rgba(11,33,45,0.35) wash plus white border/text.
• Background image: opacity 0.55 → 0.85, overlay alpha softened to 0.78 → 0.35 → 0.62, parent background to solid #0B212D.
• SKILL.md bumped to 2026-05-28-d with rules 11 (real results, no inventing amounts) and 12 (visibility spec).
• Element confirmed fully repeatable: only Lexington values remain are in doc-header comments and the lexington-example.html file.
