What happened in this session

This session was a direction-setting + correction turn, not a build turn. No new commits were pushed.

Decision: Live auto-refresh backend is the next push

Sam picked the Live auto-refresh backend over other Command Center options. Designed architecture:

Status: designed, not built. I had only read app/layout.tsx when the session pivoted to deploy planning. No files modified, no commits.

Correction from Sam (important — log this)

I initially wrote that Salesforce OAuth was the pending vault item blocking the live SF data path. That was wrong. The actual pending item is the Notion Knowledge Base — Sam has not finished going through it / completing its OAuth wiring. Salesforce paths (Pipedream MCP today, Litify MCP Worker once SF_MCP_TOKEN is dropped in env) are usable. Any future agent should not block the SF live path on a "pending SF OAuth" misread.

Decision: Deploy target = Render

User asked "have a live link for me?" — answer is no, not yet: the app builds and runs but has never been deployed. Live backend only matters once it's hosted somewhere with the env vars. Of the available options:

Render deploy needs to point at the command-center/ subdirectory of samaguiar1982-cpu/projects, branch claude/ai-command-center-KD37G. May require a one-time GitHub-app connect on Sam's end if Render doesn't already have repo access.
