• Brickwall Feb shoot delivered. Opened the Frame.io share (verified: next.frame.io, Kent Walls / Brickwall, "Jun 10 2026", 3 assets, 138 MB) in Personal Chrome, downloaded all 3 cuts, and staged them at ~/Documents/Brickwall-Feb-Shoot-Raw/ with a _MANIFEST.md. Files: base 16x9 (v4, 52MB), 9x16 vertical (51MB), 1x1 square (30MB), each 0:30. Kent reworked the 9x16 crop and is waiting on a thumbs up from Sam + Joe.

What was investigated for the cloud migration

• VM overlay (option B) is not rebuildable from inside the sandbox. df shows /sessions 100% full (0 bytes free) but du sees only ~2 MB of real files, so the 9.3 GB is phantom/held space, not deletable files. A true reset is a sandbox/VM restart, which is a platform action, not something an in-session agent can force. The user-folder mount is healthy (105 GB free), which is why the briefing file + mirror keep writing fine.
• The cloud-mirror architecture already exists. admin/scheduled-tasks/CLOUD-MIRROR-DESIGN-2026-04-24.md defines a GitHub Actions mirror (samaguiar1982-cpu/sail-scheduled-tasks, confirmed to EXIST, private, main) plus a Cloudflare Worker pattern. Two Workers already live: attribution-status-worker, repo-health-worker. Vault already holds CF_API_TOKEN, CF_ACCOUNT_ID_2/3, CF_API_TOKEN_4, CF_ZONE_ID.
• Lane eligibility: semrush-site-audit (Semrush API) and sail-seo-scope-scan-daily (WordPress/scope scan) are cloud-eligible → GitHub Actions. technical-seo-crawl-audit depends on the Screaming Frog binary, which the design doc explicitly lists as local-only / cannot move; the cloud move can't unblock that one, only redirecting its scratch off the overlay can.
• Why I stopped at the gate: the design doc reserves four pre-migration approvals for Sam (repo/secret-sync with per-push confirmation, cost ceiling, idempotency review before a task runs in both runners). Pushing workflows + syncing secrets also touches shared infra Sam's other agents use. Confidence in capability is high; the block is Sam's reserved approvals + shared-infra caution, not capability.
