UPDATE 2 - 2026-06-10 (live, page in active block-by-block revision)
Sam is reviewing the live page and directing fixes one block at a time, API-only. Current live state of page 6905:
- Sidebar: now approved Option C (#70): CTA, intake form, trust list, and a video card wired to the Truck Talk series (/truck-talk/, thumbnail Car-and-Truck-Accident webp). Replaced Option D. A contrast safeguard (inline color:inherit) is applied to the CTA second line because a sitewide page-id rule forces .sa-sidebar-cta dark while the approved element pins that line navy (it went invisible).
- Page breaks: added an approved review-break strip (Ivory G., verified) after the content/sidebar layout, and the approved life-changing results strip (#1) before the Truck Talk resources section. Removed the stationary bottom review break and the 3 mobile-only blocks (mobile ticker + 2 mobile reviews) for one consistent full-width set. Navy final CTA (#68) stays the closer.
- Earlier: full body compliance pass (deleted live placeholder/SEO-strategy text, removed AI tells, reframed "first 72 hours", fixed "wreck" + a banned parallelism, fixed two Lexington phone links, replaced all unverified reviews with verbatim verified Google reviews).
REMAINING BACKLOG (Sam-requested, not done):
- Final CTA (#68): full-bleed, no side whitespace.
- Mid-page CTA (.sa-truck-cta-section): replace the Louisville/Lexington numbers with one centered CALL NOW.
- Injury cards: link section to the injury hub and each card to its spoke; improve design.
- Tactics cards: link each to its spoke; improve layout.
- Two FAQ-like blocks ("deeper investigation", "evidence saved fast"): they read like FAQs but sit above the FAQ section. Dedupe/relocate, add linking, fix a standalone orphan on the header line, better layout. Use approved FAQ accordion #14 and evidence checklist #42.
- Add an approved UVP block (#10 sa-uvp-block).
- Truck Talk resources: consider thumbnails.
- Site-wide content-compliance cleanup: scan found 304/545 published items with issues (198 em dashes, 115 AI tells, 71 "wreck", 63 placeholder text, 7 banned phrases, 1 Lexington phone bug). Report at outputs/site_compliance_report.csv.
CONSTRAINTS/LESSONS: API-only (Sam declined browser). The sandbox cannot render/screenshot (Chromium blocked under seccomp), so all visual judgment was done blind, which caused several catch-and-fix cycles. ALWAYS check the SA Element Registry (https://sa-element-registry.onrender.com/api/elements) and use ONLY approved elements; never invent. Page 6905 is protected; Sam authorized live publishing this session. Rollback backup: outputs/truck-accident_raw_backup.html. Deploy via WP REST (creds in wp-content-deployer skill), status publish.

UPDATE 2026-06-10 — published live (supersedes the original notes below)
The first rebuild (custom sidebar stat card + custom close band) was rejected by Sam: it used non-approved elements, broke brand rules (eyebrow, printed phone number in the card, wrong CTA button wording, paraphrased UVPs, slop density), and reused unverified reviews. Lesson for next time: check the SA Element Registry first; do not invent design elements.
Final shipped version (page 6905, status publish, verified live):
- Sidebar rebuilt from approved registry Option D (#71): founder card, intake form, trust list, CALL NOW. No eyebrow, no printed number, correct buttons and UVP wording.
