What did the tribe work on this week (Tribe TLDR)?:

• Addie quitting day job to go full time WGMI and support getting us fully operational for service clients (proposal to come out asap)
• Bringing on Alex Yao full time for Community Strategy (proposal to come out asap)
• Prioritizing clients for pilot services (proposal to come out asap)

What is the Tribe working on next week?:

• Catching up from being out last week and locking in initial service clients and focusing on key operational needs for the service dao - namely, coordination/scheduling and governance.

Any potential blockers?

• not blockers per se, just need to have agreed upon MVPs/SOPs for this next season of WGMI
