We have some difficult news to share. After careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to discontinue the Mel service due to operational reasons. This wasn’t an easy choice, and we want to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has been part of this journey—your conversations, your curiosity, and your support have meant more to us than you might imagine.
Below you’ll find the details regarding the shutdown schedule, refunds, and data handling.
All features of the Mel service will come to an end on
December 2, 2025.
After this time, you will no longer be able to access your account or interact with any AI Partners. We deeply appreciate every moment you’ve shared with Mel during its time with you.
As of November 18, 2025, all new purchases have been permanently disabled.
If you have unused paid Gems, you may request a refund. Please note that refunds must be initiated directly through Apple or Google Play. (We cannot process refunds on your behalf. Apple and Google Play require all refunds to be handled through their own system.)
