Submitting a service order on Jones is easy! Jones uses a simple web form to collect basic information about you and the services you need. Once you submit the form, Jones will have one of our service coordinators reach out to assist you with your service needs.

Once you have submitted a service order, you can sit back and relax! Your service coordinator will take it from there and begin reaching out to vendors to get quotes on your behalf. If there are additional questions that need to be answered before they can get quotes, they will reach out to you directly via email.

Once your service coordinator has collected a few quotes, they'll send you an email with the options.

Scheduling a Service

After you select a vendor from the options your service coordinator provided, your service coordinator will ensure the vendor is compliant and reach out to your property management to get the visit on the building's schedule. Once everything is confirmed, they'll send you an email introducing you to the vendor and letting you know you are good to go.
