Koal now offers Service Level Agreements to our Enterprise Customers. An SLA will not come immediately after purchase, and you will need to manually request it with our Customer Care Team.

By requesting an SLA, we will agree on a set percentage of uptime monthly with the components listed on our Statuspage. If the component is not listed on our Statuspage, then we do not offer it through an SLA.

In the event that we break our SLA, we will refund the downtime to the customer.
