Koal now offers Service Level Agreements to our Enterprise Customers. A SLA will not come immediately after purchase, and you will need to manually request it with our Customer Care Team.
By requesting a SLA, we will agree on a set percentage of uptime monthly with the components listed on our Statuspage. If the component is not listed on our Statuspage, then we do not offer it through a SLA.
In the event that we break our SLA, we will refund the downtime to the customer.
