Vicens Vives Digital, the specialized division in innovative digital solutions designed for education (e-learning) of Vicens Vives Publishing House (+60 years).
The challenge
Create an onboarding process for all the teams, squads and new hirings in the digital department (around 60 people).
Goals of the project
- Knowledge transfer no matter the role.
- That every person knows the company history, values, projects and activities.
- Explain how we work with the Kanban methodology.
- Explain specifications for product teams and tech teams.
