Servi Robots (by Bear Robotics) are autonomous runners that navigate the dining room to move items between tables and stations. At Waverly Stone we operate one unit focused on dish runs to the kitchen. The robot augments the team so staff can stay guest‑facing and move fewer steps per shift.

Quick Start

• Power and Setup
  1. Unplug and power on.
  2. Place bus tubs correctly on all shelves.
  3. Zero scales by holding the calibration button.
• Start Position
  1. Send to 1BUS BAR and confirm on screen.
• Service Loop
  1. Load tubs and keep robot cycling. Queue multiple stops, then press GO.
  2. At capacity or by judgment, send to DISH.
• Unload Handoff
  1. Swap in 4 clean tubs. Send back to 1BUS BAR immediately.
• End of Shift
  1. Clean surfaces and mats. Wash and sanitize tubs. Dock and charge.

R2‑DISH2 (aka Declan)

• Home: 1BUS BAR
• Other mapped points: 1BUS FRONT and KITCHEN
• Send to tables or points: select destination(s) on the touchscreen, then press GO. For multi‑stop runs, queue all stops first, then use the arrow on‑screen to advance.

Opening Setup

1. Unplug from charger and power on.
2. Place bus tubs on each shelf in correct positions.
3. Zero the scales: press and hold the calibration button until complete.
4. Send to 1BUS BAR. Confirm waypoint name on screen.

During Service

• Load bussing tubs. At capacity, the robot auto‑returns to DISH for unload, then returns to home.
