Started my career as a Java dev in 2012, and in 2016 headed a small part of the CRM direction, which I've been developing for the next three years. During these years, I gained an extensive experience in people management, which I'd like to evolve.

I am looking for a team working on a challenging product that I can affect. The most engaging position right now is Engineering Manager.

I have a vast background in leading engineering teams, engaging them to create platforms for multiple customers. Switched to full-time engineering management.

After a while, I figured out that my main value is empowering people to grow. So I decided to return to management and use the management skills I had gained previously and to continue growing in this direction, preferring to work with people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, interviewing, and assessing engineering staff in the department
• In collaboration with the HR department and other managers designing, implementing, and maintaining all operations and key performance metrics for the Performance Review process

Key Achievements:

• The new reality we faced in February became a real force majeure for Quantori (as for many other IT companies). It was obvious to me that, regardless of the circumstances, it is essential not to just preserve the business and employment, but also to take care of my employees and mitigate the impact of the global crisis on their everyday life
• Introduced and launched a grade review process for Java competency
• Directly participated in layoffs of the company(notification meetings, providing the employee with necessary resources, handling emotional reactions)
• Helped several people across the company to raise their soft(communications) skills
