I gave a new talk for Creative Bridge that was all about funding. It was for early stage entrepreneurs who are thinking about what their very first bit of funding looks like. There are a few changes I'd definitely already make having done it properly once, but any extra feedback for the next iteration would be super appreciated.

There are three parts to the talk:

Part 1: Recap and investment jargon

This covered some stuff that was covered at the start of the course: what success means, Unicorns and Zebras, and investment demystification.

Part 2: Different types of funding

An ocean-wide, puddle-deep look at what is on offer, and who these offers might suit.

Part 3: Notes on getting started

How to actually get going - from sourcing investors, to pitching, and managing those relationships.

I'm sorry I don't have time (or money) to do captions or transcribe. I will try and figure that out for future talks.
