■ よくある質問

Q. 録音が保存されない / 文字起こしされない A. マイクと「音声認識」の許可がオンになっているか、設定 → EchoMind でご確認ください。それでも改善しない場合は、上記メールで状況（機種・OSバージョン）をお知らせください。

Q. AI機能（文章整理・感情タグ・要約）が使えない A. Proをご購入いただく必要があります。また、初回は「設定」→「AI利用について」でAI利用に同意してください。

Q. データを消したい A. アプリ内「設定」→「データ管理」→「すべての日記データを削除」で、端末内の日記とAIキャッシュを削除できます。削除後は復元できません。

■ Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Recording is not saved / Transcription does not work A. Please check that Microphone and Speech Recognition are enabled in Settings → EchoMind. If the issue continues, email us with your device and OS version.

Q. AI features (format, emotion tags, summary) are not available A. You need to purchase Pro. Also, please agree to AI usage in Settings → About AI usage when prompted.

Q. I want to delete my data A. Use Settings → Data management → "Delete all diary data" in the app. This removes all diary data and AI cache on your device and cannot be undone.
