At PayGlocal, we build platforms powering global payments for Indian merchants. Our product simplifies cross-border transactions and compliance. Content plays a key role in making complex fintech flows clear and trustworthy.

What you’ll do

• Write clear and concise microcopy for onboarding, payouts, dashboards, and alerts.
• Partner with design and product teams to create smooth user journeys.
• Design content for product screens, emails, tooltips, and FAQs.
• Simplify complex topics like settlements and compliance for users.
• Maintain voice, tone, and content patterns at scale.
• Use user feedback and data to improve content.
• Help define high UX and content standards at PayGlocal.

What we want

• 3–5 years as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or Product Content specialist.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or banking products.
• Strong portfolio showing product content examples.
• Collaboration skills with designers, PMs, and engineers.
• Systems thinking for scalable content solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem shaping.
