We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us at Reasonal.

💁🏻‍♀️ Reasonal

Our vision is to make digital life simple.

We reinvent file & content management and bring back lightness and peace of mind into your work.

It's already difficult to keep track of your files, docs, codes, contracts, email attachments, and PDFs, and gets worse when you include your Figma/Miro/Notion pages or web links to interesting articles or firms. Put this into a remote setting, where you communicate via Slack or MS Teams, and you see how 30% of the average "knowledge worker's" (that's us) time is spent searching and locating files, as well as communicating & collaborating internally 🤯

We're tackling the problem with an intuitive UI and a powerful (graph-based) machine-learning core. To guarantee you don't have to maintain "yet another tool", use our Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, MS Teams, and browser integrations, so that you can get started with no setup and keep going with no manual effort.

Gone are the times that you spent digging through your Slack channels or emails to find that one task or file - so that you can finally focus on what's relevant to you.

We are just onboarding the first users onto our closed beta! If you want to be part of that exciting time, read on, discover your role, and say hi!

Introducing Reasonal: File & content management reinvented

In short:

Reasonal centralizes activities around links, documents, and files, to make sure that the user sees everything they need at once and that no important information is lost. We use machine learning to analyze the relationships between those work items. This way, we are able to give unparalleled insights into your workflow: Are you about to send out the right contract or work on the correct presentation? Has anything changed in a similar job posting that you haven't seen? Which one is the team photo that you use most?

The product is structured around its web and mobile interface, but what makes it really useful are the integrations and plugins. The dashboard gives you an easy overview of all work items you or your team have touched, such as documents, sheets, Google docs, websites, design files, etc. 🖇️ For each of these files, we give you a detailed, centralized view of all automatically-added activities and communications from different channels ✉️💬 With our integrations, we automatically aggregate the information and present it to you in your favorite tools - without any manual work 🔍 👨🏾‍💻

🥖 Your Role

We are looking for an experienced product designer to turn our productivity tool into an intuitive, easy-to-use product for our users.

You'd be working with our UX researcher and front-end developer (and soon our product manager), and your responsibilities include distilling input on user requirements into the UX and UI of the product, designing graphic elements and building navigation components, handing over and collaborating with our developer. To be successful in this role, you should have an intuition for a great product and graphic design, as well as experience in design software and wireframing tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that makes the use of our product as easy as possible.
