The Role
You will:
- Be the direct point of contact post-sale between our most valuable customers and the rest of our engineering team
- Work directly with customers in both sales and support roles so you can help drive the product vision of the company
- Be a hybrid of a customer success manager and a software engineer
You'll help shape:

- Our engineering and customer success practices
- People that we hire
- The direction & focus of our products
Skills and experience:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- You're excited about building for other engineers and working directly with customers
- You have empathy working with customers in a B2B setting
- You're a people person and enjoy interacting with customers face-to-face
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Typescript, Node, React, and Postgres. However, languages can be learned: we care much more about your general engineering skill than your understanding of a particular language or framework
- Experience working with API products
