🔍 Who we are looking for

You have a passion for building holistic design systems, and for craftsmanship through writing, visual and interaction design
2+ years of managing a successful design team
6+ years of applied UX/UI experience
You are dedicated to learning your craft. We are looking for designers who want to continue improving, learning, and building their skills
You understand how to leverage data as input for design and have a proven track record of leading teams to deliver on designs that in turn deliver business impact
You are an excellent communicator and able to articulate your viewpoint to achieve the best outcomes
You have experience in growing a design team from small to large, and have opinions about best practice for hiring, retaining, and nurturing team members

Build and scale our design team as we continue to grow and build the next generation of finance
You will collaborate closely with our leadership in our Product Management and Engineering teams to define, plan, and prioritize our product roadmap
