About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior DeFi Growth Manager to lead our DeFi integration and growth

strategy across the Ethereum ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible

for identifying and executing key opportunities with DeFi protocols (DEXs, lending markets,

LST/LRT platforms) to maximize adoption, TVL, and utility of our products — especially

pufETH.

The ideal candidate is a DeFi-native operator who understands the nuances of protocol

partnerships, has worked in fast-paced crypto teams, and can independently drive deals from

idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead DeFi integrations for pufETH across DEXs, lending protocols, liquid staking/restaking platforms, and aggregators
• Design and execute growth strategies that drive usage, liquidity, and incentives for pufETH and related products
• Own and manage relationships with DeFi protocols, wallets, yield platforms, and other ecosystem partners
