Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, and AWS to join the platform team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and implementing high-performance backend services for media conversion, processing, and design export.

You will ensure the core infrastructure is robust, scalable, and optimized for seamless creative content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to design backend architecture and support frontend components.
• Participate in code reviews as both reviewer and reviewee to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Adapt effectively to change requests, understand requirements, and propose scalable solutions.
• Test, deploy, and maintain backend applications and systems.
• Revise, refactor, and debug code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Develop and enhance backend code as documented in the design to meet specifications, standards, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, AI, and product teams to support intelligent design exports and animated content delivery.
• Take ownership of system reliability, observability, and cost-efficiency across backend infrastructure.
• Ensure security, error resilience, and performance monitoring within cloud-based production environments.
