We are looking for a team member who is passionate about shipping the products that will sit at the core of a newly decentralized credit market. You care deeply about building a solid infrastructure for a highly scalable product. As one of the first members of the team, you will help lay out the technical foundation on which the future of DeFi is built.

You will:

• Design and implement the applications that capital providers, borrowers and lenders interact with
• Implement the processes to ensure continuous and safe deployment cycles
• Keep the highest coding standards ensuring performance, clarity and maintainability
• Mentor newer team members and help them excel at their careers
• Work with the design and leadership team to craft solutions to address our users’ needs
• Shape the future of crypto and lending with new innovative open solutions

Must Haves:

• 6+ years of industry experience building rich web applications
• Strong experience building backend services (no language preference)
• Experience with Python, Go or Java
• Knowledge of engineering best practices -coding standards, testing frameworks, continuous deployment-
• Attention to detail and upholding yourself and others to the highest bar
• Elementary knowledge of web3
• Strong communication skills
• Bias for action
• Extreme ownership and mission-oriented
