How to enter the chatroom list

To go to the chatroom list, click on the buttons below:

Message Types you can send in the Chatroom

Once you enter the chatroom list, click on any of the chat in the left to enter the chatroom. You will see a list of actions below the chatroom.

From left to right, you can:

1. Send emojis

2. Send files

3. Send location

4. Turn on/off auto-translation

   • This is turned on by default so when users use a different language to chat with you, the message they send will be auto-translated to your browser or dashboard language.

5. Surveys

   • You will have to set up a survey in the chat link settings in advance to send it to the chatroom.

6. Request Reply Message

   • Ask for the visitor’s name, email, company name, etc. and the information you get will be listed in the Client List of this chat link.
