What: Share the permanent Farm Entrance Request link with staff or guests so they can complete their entry application before arriving.
When: Whenever personnel (staff or guests) need to submit an entrance request—typically before each visit or when a staff member returns after an extended absence.
Responsible Roles : Farm Manager or Biosecurity Staff
Staff are team members with a Sentri account and assigned role on the farm.
Requirements: Have a Registered Sentri account linked to the farm
Common situations where a staff member may submit a form
Guests include vendors, inspectors, consultants, or other temporary visitors. They usually do not need a Sentri account, but they are expected to complete an entrance request form.
Step 1: On the Web Console go to
Navigate to: Farm Access Control > Pending Actions > Pending Entry Requests
Step 2: Click the Entry Request Link in the upper-right corner
Step 3: Copy and share the link. It’s the same permanent link used for all users (staff and guests).
