Finch is the connectivity layer for employment data. Our mission is to enable employers to connect their employment systems with trusted applications (our partners).

When you utilize our infrastructure to transfer employment data to and from your company's HR or payroll systems you're joining a network of thousands of other employers, from SMBs to public companies that rely on us to make their experience with trusted applications seamless.

Security and Privacy

People are the most important part of every company, so we take data security and privacy very seriously. That means when you enter your account credentials and establish a connection it is:

• Secure— ****Transfer of your information is encrypted end-to-end. Sensitive data, including but not limited to SSN, never pass through our infrastructure or to the end application.
• Private— ****Your credentials will never be made accessible to the end application
• Permissioned— Only what you grant will be shared with the end application
• Read-only— An application can never modify data in your payroll/HR system.

Finch is SOC 2 and CCPA compliant, meaning we engage in annual audits and maintain strict internal protocols to ensure ongoing compliance with these standards.
