As AO Ember continues to grow, we want to make sure we are building a culture, training system, and leadership environment that supports the people inside of it. This feedback form was created to give everyone a space to share honest thoughts, suggestions, concerns, frustrations, ideas, or feedback that could help strengthen the team moving forward.

The goal of this form is not negativity or complaining — it’s growth. Sometimes leadership cannot see every blind spot internally, and constructive feedback helps us improve communication, structure, accountability, support systems, and training as we continue scaling this organization.

If there is something you feel:
