What are Seasons?

A season is a defined 6-months period with a very clear goals, priorities and theme.
Open-format: seasons are planned together with our community, plans are shared during our Community Calls.
Big leaps: starting a new Season means setting new ambitious product and growth plans.
Fast iterations: working in seasons allows us to improve both product and community by doing fast experiments.
Zero-based planning: most experiments and initiatives stop when the season ends; we document the learnings and re-start with a lot more knowledge. This helps us get rid of legacy features that slow us down.
