This Season we’re going to work through 5 steps, by the end of the Season we aim to be clear on our positioning in the world, with 2-5 prototypes being built, ready to test & iterate upon.
We’ve already evolved Good Growth a lot since we first started exploring it last September. From 12 values, to 3 outcomes, to a 4 step process and back again. Our first step is just to collate all of this research and bring it together into a simple and digestible format.
In trad terms this is called competitor research - essentially we’re mapping out all other entities that help projects to become regenerative or improve their positive impact, to find 1-3 opportunity spaces for us to build towards.
After defining opportunity spaces, we’ll be reaching out to orgs across web3 and beyond to uncover what’s stopping them from becoming regenerative or improving their impact to help inform the solution/s we create.
As well as developing some of the ideas we’ve got on the back-burner, we’re going to be hosting a hackathon to help ideate new and novel ways, within our opportunity spaces.
