We’re on the lookout for a Search Ads Specialist! 🚀

Your mission will be to take ownership of the operational side of delivering marketing campaigns to our clients. You’ll manage experiments, create campaigns and analyse their results - you’ll be a project manager for marketing activities, responsible for implementing marketing strategies from senior members of the team. You'll be using the newest tools and growth methodologies there are and enjoy working with international clients of Ladder Digital (ladder.io).

The Paid Search team focuses predominantly on Google advertising, as well as other channels including Bing Ads, Yandex Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, Criteo, AdRoll, Amazon, Apple Search Ads, BuySellAds, Carbon Ads, Yahoo Gemini and Quora. The Paid Search space is constantly evolving and we expect you to be at the cutting edge of your game. This role offers huge opportunities to learn, grow and develop, both via formal training programs, as well as on the job, working with exciting clients from a range of industries and driving real change in businesses. You’ll do great if you combine the following experience and attributes:

• 1+ years of experience working with Google Ads, Bing, ASA and Quora. Experience with additional search ad platforms (eg. Yandex Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, Criteo, AdRoll, Amazon, BuySellAds, Carbon Ads and Yahoo Gemini) is a plus.
• Experience working at a digital marketing agency.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (we work only in English).
• Comfortable with data analysis using Excel/Sheets and learning new technology.
• Experience with Google Data Studio.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with advertising e-commerce and mobile apps.
• Comfortable with client facing environments.
• Capacity for critical thinking and employing strategy to hit business goals.
• Ability to flex your creative muscles and take full responsibility for performance.
• Goal of developing into a leading growth marketer.
• Knowledge of Supermetrics or Funnel.io.
• Interested in mastering all aspects of digital marketing (PPC, Analytics, SEO, CRO, CRM).
• Certifications via online or in-person digital marketing courses are a plus.
