Over the last few months, a group of contributors, facilitators, and governance nerds came together around a shared belief: Scroll needs more delegates with context, commitment, and the ability to make sense of complexity. Not just to vote, but to shape the future of the DAO with clarity and care.
This program is the result. It’s an 8-week sprint for people who want to take governance seriously. Who want to understand how Scroll works, how decisions get made, and how to navigate tradeoffs, coordination, and accountability. The program is designed to train and activate a new generation of high-context, values-aligned delegates equipped to steward Scroll’s future.
