CuriaLab will deliver the Forum Score snapshot for Scroll GCR working group covering [May 1, 2025 – Aug 31, 2025], plus the additional second snapshot for [Sept 1, 2025 – Dec 31, 2025] if the program extends. The score quantifies offchain forum engagement for a verified delegate list aligned with @seiryuu. Delivery target is two weeks for the initial dataset, followed by one week for QA, revisions, and readout. For the May–Sep window, the Activeness component is excluded due to not having the complete historical data during this timeframe (which is required in calculating the Activeness Score); if the program continues, Activeness will be included in the Oct–Dec snapshot. Outputs include per-delegate CSV/JSON and a methodology & config doc. A lightweight Verification Platform will link forum usernames ↔ delegate wallets.
