With most of his belongings packed already, Rihnn left his bags by the door of the cabin before setting off to town to track down Yazka. It had been awhile since he's set off on a scouting trip to check on the rest of Western Coerthas. And not counting the times he's been there to deal with this curse. Even after the war ending, fanatics were still known to skulk about, partaking in shady business and continuing to be a nuisance to everyone around them. The winds of change were not favored by them and Rihnn didn't want the curs making their way into Dravania.

There was hesitation in his want to ask the lion to come with him, knowing a smidge of how he may react since their last time in the snowy wasteland together wasn't favorable. Not in the least. But, regardless of how Rihnn feels about that whole charade, he wants to still ask his partner to join him. It takes him a good bit to spot him in town by the traders, and he approaches him with his usual slow, casual walk. Axe strapped to his back like he was going somewhere.

Flicking his ears, he stands behind the lion and gives one good wave of his large tail, just observing what he is doing at first.

Yazka stood together with another hunter who showed him some things about equipment for a chocobo, mainly the reins and head part and how to link some parts together, to repair it, some tricks to get it over a stubborn beak. The next hunting season was around the corner this coming spring and Yazka had planned to tame a chocobo for himself. So, he gleaned all the knowledge he could before he would start this endeavor in earnest. Trained Hamsa rider that he was, those birds were nothing like the fierce long legged creatures from here.

His right ear flicks as he hears someone approach but whether it is Rihnn's typical steps, his scent, or something else, Yazka doesn't immediately turn to his partner but politely lets the hunter finish his current explanation. It is quite a cold day of the early spring, so Yazka is clad in his warm thavnarian coat, scarf, bracers and boots, although Rihnn could very likely guess he also wears some more layers underneath now because the little lion still didn't fare so well in Dravania's harsher climates. Since his return he hadn't complained one bit about it. The weeks in Thavnair had done him good. He finally turns around to look his partner up and own.
