By using Scout AI ("App", "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Scout AI is a real-time search interface that queries publicly available information from the internet based on user-entered keywords. Results are retrieved fresh with each search and are not stored or cached by default. Only user-selected bookmarks (Premium feature) are stored within the user's account.

SCOUT AI IS:

• A search interface for publicly available information
• An AI-powered tool that organizes and summarizes search results
• An informational reference tool

SCOUT AI IS NOT:

• A background check service
• An identity verification tool
• A people database
• A private investigation service
• A data broker
• A substitute for professional due diligence
