A Scope of Work (SOW) is a structured review triggered on every job after the Production Audit is completed. It documents everything associated with the project — adder costs, equipment changes, non-standard workflows, and anything that falls outside the original install agreement.
SOWs exist to make sure every job is properly documented, priced, and approved before it hits the install calendar. When done right, they protect your commission, protect the customer, and keep operations from hitting a wall on install day.
