Goal:

• The goal of this project is to build an understanding of member engagement and diversity with Code for San Francisco

Scope:

• Initial Scope is limited to appx 3 months, July to Sept 2021

Deliverables:

• Define Business Questions
• Define required data and a data collection strategy
• Gather information and begin initial analysis

Business Questions:

• How do we measure diversity at Code for San Francisco?
• How do we track engagement along the member journey?
  • Engagement is almost a way of understanding diversity rather than a separate idea
