Scientific & Launch Event Management
Mission: Plan and coordinate impactful medical and internal events to support product launches, team engagement, and scientific education.
Context
In the Respiratory & Immunology Business Unit, events played a key role in shaping medical education, product awareness, and team alignment. From small expert meetings to large-scale congresses, each event had its own goal, audience, and format.
My Role
Event Lead · Content Coordinator · Logistics & Stakeholder Manager
Scope of Work
- Seminars for +300 internal employees to align cross-functional teams on launch strategy
- Medical education events gathering 30–50 physicians to explore care pathways and emerging clinical perspectives on COPD
- Scientific days dedicated to reflection and discussion around best practices in chronic respiratory diseases
- Presence at major congresses (e.g. ERS) including logistics coordination, speaker onboarding, and booth experience design
- Worked closely with medical, legal, and scientific experts to ensure compliance and educational value
- Managed end-to-end: venue selection, program design, agency briefing, KOL coordination, and on-site execution
