Preamble

This Schedule of Fees for Remedy is a legally binding document, entered into by and between:

The Living Man, Waseem Malik

(hereinafter referred to as "the Claimant")

and

Any and All Entities and Individuals

(hereinafter referred to as "the Respondents")

This document is intended to ensure full accountability for any and all unlawful actions committed against the Claimant, Waseem Malik, of the family "Malik". It is presented without malice, prejudice, or frivolity, and with the utmost respect for justice and the rule of law.

1. Definitions

  1. Claimant: The Living Man, Waseem Malik, of the family "Malik".
  2. Respondents: Any individual, corporation, government entity, or other organization that engages in unlawful actions against the Claimant.
  3. Unlawful Actions: Any actions that violate the natural rights, common law rights, or statutory rights of the Claimant, as enumerated in this document or otherwise recognized under the law.

2. Purpose

The purpose of this document is to establish a schedule of fees and penalties for any unlawful actions committed against the Claimant. This is intended to deter such actions and to provide a means of peaceful and lawful redress.

3. Schedule of Fees

The following fees and penalties shall apply for each instance of the specified unlawful actions:

2 Unlawful breach of copyright: Unauthorized recording of the image of the Claimant £250,000 per incident
3 Unlawful breach of copyright: Unauthorized recording of the vocal sounds of the Claimant £200,000 per incident
4 Unlawful breach of copyright: Unauthorized use and/or publishing of any image of the Claimant £100,000 per incident
5 Unlawful breach of copyright: Unauthorized use and/or publishing of the name of the Claimant £50,000 per incident
6 Non-consensual interactions and/or unlawful detention £50,000 per incident (Engagement Fee)
Plus £200 per minute or part thereof for the duration of the unlawful detention
7 Wrongful arrest and/or the threat thereof £2,000 per threat
8 Issuing or attempting to serve any instruments such as infringement notices £5,000 per page
9 Issuing of any warrant/s and/or summons £10,000 per instrument
10 Deprivation or confiscation of any of our property £5,000 per item per day or part thereof
11 Harassment/verbal threats from/by any “officer” £2,000 per incident plus all subsequent medical and psychological costs because of trauma
12 Abduction/Kidnapping against our will £5,000 per incident
13 Detention in a police cold cell with a metal door £15,000 per calendar day or part thereof
14 Forced or summoned appearance at an unlawful “court” £50,000 per day
15 Detention or remand resulting in deprivation of liberty pursuant to any “court order” £100,000 per calendar day or part thereof
16 Violation of Oath of Office £250,000 per violation
17 Slavery: forced Compliance to contract not held £250,000 per incident
18 Conspiracy £20,000 per act
19 Fraud £20,000 per act
20 Perjury: LIES £2,000 per act
21 Car Jacking: taking of the car, or bike, or scooter £250,000 per incident
22 Aggravated Kidnap £1,000,000 per incident
23 Trespass and/or violation of Notice of Trespass of property and/or physical body £1,000,000 per incident
24 Battery: intentional and unpermitted contact with the body of the living Man or anything attached to it and practically identified with it £10,000 per incident
25 Defamation: a statement that causes harm to the character of the person or organisation it concerns £50,000 per incident
26 Extortion: the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats £50,000 per incident
27 Unverified claims in writing £2,000 per claim
28 Processing and/or responding to each letter/notice sent by mail/courier and/or email, unsolicited without consent, to the estate bearing the name/s “: ~Waseem: Malik”, “Waseem M Malik”, “Waseem Malik”, “Malik, : ~Waseem:”, “Malik. Waseem, M”, “: ~Waseem: Malik”, “Waseem, M, Malik” or “Waseem Malik“ et alia, and/or any such upper case, "CAPITAL-LETTERED" or lower case variation of such, in any way, including but not limited to punctuation, initials, prefixes, suffixes, titles, appendages, and the like £2,000 per A4 page
