Morning — Check-In & Kickoff

• 8:45 AM — Participant Check-In Opens
  • Team Check-In Table
  • “Looking for a Team” Table
• 9:30 AM — Opening Ceremony (Hybrid / Zoom Broadcast)
  • Event overview
  • Track presentations
  • Q&A

Team Formation & Planning

• 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM — Team Formation + Initial Planning
  • Required for participants still forming teams
  • Existing teams may begin planning or explore workspaces
• 11:30 AM — Team Formation Ends
  • All participants must be in a team

Project Work Begins

• 10:30 AM onward — Official Project Work Time Begins

Afternoon

• 12:00 PM — Transition to Work Locations
